Lying dealership They told me that my car was checked in in great condition. As soon as I drove out the lot my check engine light went off. Took it to a certified BMW dealership they told me the problem…. Alderman did offer to fix it to their unknown location with there are mechanic.. Save yourself some disrespect and a headache! My time limit was disregarded entirely, I was told to grab the down payment from the bank while Finance was getting ready then was told to stay (presumably so I didn’t leave before signing necessary paperwork to become obligated to purchase the vehicle, which I was going to purchase either way). Shop elsewhere. Very rude and treated me like an idiot. Deceptive photos. Drove 2 hours to see the car. Promised to have the car ready for purchase and still needed $2K of work done and instead offered $600 off the price. Walked away. Would give zero stars if possible.
I’m frustrated with them. They’re unprofessional. I thought they were amazing at first. But they said they’d fix something on my car and they’re going back on it after I bought the car! I’m so frustrated right now.
Very Rude General Manager, and car salesman I turned this issue over to the BBB. The salesman are rude, and they are ok with treating people in a very disrespectful. I had to call and I talked to Eric who said he was the general manager, he would not allow me to speak. If you submit a lead through cars.com we are allowed to call you, however in the situation mentioned above we did not call you, you on the other hand called us and was very frustrated that we wouldn't sell you a car for 2000 dollars less. WORST BUSINESS EVER WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Refuses to pay for charges that they approved!! I would never do business with this company. Left at least 10 voicemails for their GM Erick, no response or calls back. Several messages/texts to Greg and no response or calls back. Horrible way to do business.
Horrible experience My husband bought a used Yukon Denali listed at $18,900 and 6 DAYS after driving off the lot the lifters and cam, basically the engine, went out. We were 800 miles from home on vacation with our 3 children with no way to get home. Alderman automotive offered us NO HELP. The owner, Travis, responded by saying when we drove off the lot the car was “good to go” after being inspected by a ASE certified service facility. Bad Business Bought a 2012 Ford Focus with 70,000 miles that I got to drive a little over 8,000 miles and the transmission failed. Called the dealership multiple times to speak with someone about the situation and they repeatedly said someone would call back, but I never once got a call. Horrible Customer Service This place has zero professionalism and zero respect for the customer. I purchased a 2012 Navigator from there and Zach was a nightmare to deal with and regret buying this truck. From the financing (which I ended up getting my own cause it was a far better rate and deal then they offered), to the delivery (vehicle was filthy and I don't think it went thru their detail department), to the problems I have experienced after purchasing, I would never recommend this place.
