Amazing customer service I purchased my Lexus from Eric Rosenthal a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Steve Winburn, the salesman, was great. Steve Winburn, the salesman, was great. Finance department called me back to the store 3 times because they, apparently, forgot to have me sign some papers. When I got home, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. When I talked to the sales manager, he told me that he would get back with me shortly-- I never heard back and every time I try to contact him, he is "busy".
