Nice people but my experience was not good. Nice people but my experience was not good. Mechanic left a wrench sitting on engine and tried to start car. This damaged the engine to the point that it had to be rebuilt. Unfortunately only one of their mechanics is capable of doing this and he had health issues. I used a $49. I used a $49.95 coupon for oil change and tire rotation. I brought my own oil filter. I was told my tires had good tread but a rotation was never done. I asked for a reduced price but was told it was a package price (even though I didn’t receive the package). I don’t plan on returning or suggesting anyone try your company.

We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit longer than 24 hours the battery was dead. Took to Lexus dealership and there was a parasitic drain coming from the central gateway ECU. This is now costing us $1,600 in repairs. This is something the dealership would have known as the car won’t start after 24 hours. I emailed dealership and have not heard a response.
Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. I will never return to Alderman. There are way too many options out there to choose a sleazy place like this one.
The vehicle that I bought happened to have defective The vehicle that I bought happened to have defective suspension which will cost me $3400 to fix. All the efforts to speak to the Manager have gone in vain. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this company.
