Sequoia had rust in door which was not disclosed and Sequoia had rust in door which was not disclosed and vehicle check engine light came on two days after delivery! Also, non functional rear door and brake lights were not disclosed. Very bad experience!!!

Beware of the workers here! Alderman has hired two corrupt workers who scammed Toyota of Muncie out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and are now using Alderman to funnel cars and money. BEWARE!
Stay away!!! If I could give a zero I would. PLEASE pay attention to what these negative reviews are saying. I believe every single one of them after the experience I had. It is truly a really long story so I am going to try and shorten it the best I can. The buying process was extremely distracting as the salesman had his 2 children there plus 2 dogs. Their coupons weren't honored that they sent out Got a coupon in the mail from Alderman that said if you spend $1500 you got $300 off. This is Alderman's coupons. I wanted tires for my car so I went in and got tires quoted by them for $1500 so with coupon it would be $1200. I went ahead and scheduled the job and took off work to get this work done just for them to call 3 days prior to the appointment cancelling saying they wouldn't make any money on the deal and how they couldn't honor their own coupon. Defective cars I got a black Ford Taurus for about 11k and has around 150,000 miles on it. Apparently they said they put new parts in the car but when I get the car the engine light is on and the car shakes every time it stops.
Lying dealership They told me that my car was checked in in great condition. As soon as I drove out the lot my check engine light went off. Took it to a certified BMW dealership they told me the problem…. Alderman did offer to fix it to their unknown location with there are mechanic.. Save yourself some disrespect and a headache! My time limit was disregarded entirely, I was told to grab the down payment from the bank while Finance was getting ready then was told to stay (presumably so I didn’t leave before signing necessary paperwork to become obligated to purchase the vehicle, which I was going to purchase either way). Shop elsewhere. Very rude and treated me like an idiot. Deceptive photos. Drove 2 hours to see the car. Promised to have the car ready for purchase and still needed $2K of work done and instead offered $600 off the price. Walked away. Would give zero stars if possible.
