I bought a 2015 Ram Laramie Longhorn that was supposedly the owners daughter's truck. The air suspension was not functioning correctly from the day it was purchased. The sales manager said well you bought a warranty, I said the warranty does not cover pre existing conditions. We did service the suspension on the truck before you bought it. You said you had an issue and we never could verify it. We left it sit outside all the way up and in 5 days it only moved les that 1/4 of an inch. 100% not a safety issue at all. Then to help even more we sent you truck to the Ram dealership service to clarify and you did not let them look at it and picked it up. Sold me a terrible Warranty, Doesn't cover minor repairs. Sold me a terrible Warranty, Doesn't cover minor repairs. Had my car for 3 weeks all to be told warranty won't cover work. Communication was lacking about the status of vehicle.
Car had problems from moment we got home. Car had problems from moment we got home. Would not recommend this dealership. Response was should have bought an extended warranty.

The sunroof is not operational. When I brought that information to the salesman's attention, he stated it was an as-is sale and they would not repair or troubleshoot without charging me for diagnosis or the repair of the sunroof. I was told by that my car was ready. I was told by that my car was ready. Then when I was got the 45 mins later. I was told it wasn’t ready took another 20 mins. The. You guys literally pushed my seat completely back. Then he replaced my steering wheel to where I had to readjust it. If the car wasn’t ready then u should have said that. Also learn to put stuff back where u found it especially when it’s not urs.
Brought my car in for service. Brought my car in for service. Besides somewhat of an attitude they failed to actually fix the problem that I reported and offered me a $4000 dollar repair bill. Some of which I had discovered after purchasing the vehicle that were not addressed during your inspection process. Turns out a twenty dollar part was the issue that I had reported but they didn't want to fix.
