Derek was awesome. He was so tenacious, hard working and diligent in getting my alarm system working again. He did what it took to solve the problem and have a happy customer. He was also polite, conscientious and I could easily ask him questions. He was also very tolerant of my barking dogs until I could get them settled down. Technician was excellent. Did the job perfectly. Alert 360 has replaced the doorbell/camera 3 times. The previous 2 were with a sub-par doorbell. Sadly, Alert360 charged me $25 for this 3rd service call. Shouldn't be my responsibility to pay since they were using inadequate equipment. Not to mention the expensive monthly payment.
Had to schedule this visit twice. First date repairman was a no show with no communication. Called him twice without any response. Second appt was much better. Anthony was here as scheduled. He was professional and courteous. His communication with me was excellent. This is the type of service I expect from Alert360. Thanks.

They came out and fixed my alarm system and checked everything on my system to make sure it was all working properly before they left. Very happy to have my alarm working again!
