We had a young lady come to replace a faulty thermostat, and take care of some sensor batteries. She came in a Alert 360 van, and she was professionally dressed with Alert 360 embroidered on her shirt, so, unlike our experiences with some other technicians, it was obvious who she was and what she was here for. The visit today was excellent, but this was the second visit needed to resolve our issue. Brad was great! On time, professional and did the job quickly. Wish I had him the first visit. While the tech last week was nice, he missed that our glass breaks were bad and that required a second visit. Thankfully no extra charge, but the time was the real loss. Thanks that it is all fixed and back to working as needed.
