The tech who came in to upgrade the our alarm system came in on time, efficient and respectful about the current situation. He wore his face mask all throughout the service. He explained the steps on how he will install the cellular component for the alarm system. Also provided instructions on what to expect and do should the cellular connection be disrupted.

Alert 360 has been very reliable. I had a service call today to resolve a phone line issue. The tech installed a device that allows the alarm to communicate with central monitoring through cell towers but then so much more. He checked all of my devices and replaced several batteries. Checked and rechecked that everything was working. He could not have been more thorough and pleasant.
