Awesome company. I didn't even know about them but they were part of my closing when I purchased my house. I have been more than happy with them and their customer service, as well as the technician that has came to my house to install cameras. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a security system.

I initiated the original call requesting a salesman contact us. Both Andrew the sales Rep and the installer were both very professional, very courteous, knowledgeable of their products and very easy to work with. I am very pleased with everything Alert 360 has done including educating us not only on how to use the system but how the system works. We are very pleased.

They have great customer service. Anytime I have needed assistance, they have been excellent. When a technician is scheduled to come to your home, they make sure you know the name of the person coming out, they text and call when they are within 30 minutes of arrival. Great service!

Steve is the best tech we have ever had ! A lot of techs have been here and he surpasses them in all levels ! He is polite, knowledgeable, friendly, knows his stuff! He explains things where you can understand him! He is the only tech I want in our house! Don't send anyone else !
