Technician was difficult to work with so I called customer service and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. These technicians were friendly and nice. They respected the space and had us up and running in 90 mins. Thanks for taking care of us and making the experience enjoyable.

Carlos was great! He changed the battery for our alarm & then tested it to make sure every thing worked. He was very knowledgeable, professional, wore a mask & shoe coverings upon my request. I recommend using "360 Alarm Company.

We have had Alert360 for almost 6 years. This week we upgraded our system a little bit. It was such a smooth, non-pressured transaction that most alarm companies today don't provide. (Other alarm companies are so high pressure and sales jobsy.) Our technician (Mark) was awesome and did such a nice job throughout the entire install. I think the customer relations are great, really answered all my questions and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Sales team (Lisa) didn't pressure me and installation technician (Greg) made sure I understood everything!

Had issues on Tuesday. Scheduled the next day. Arrived during the time frame given and appreciated the text telling me the technician was on his way. Calling into the customer service center was great. Operator listened and was helpful in diagnosing the issue and setting up the appointment.
