Alert 360 is a great company! After getting a new roof our system was giving us a problem. I called for a check- up and Dustin the boss in the tech repair was very helpful, he had a tech come out the next day. The tech repairman was TREVOR, an amazing young man, he wore a mask, knew exactly what was wrong with our system and put a new part in and the system was fixed, Trevor also put an app in our cell phones so we can take care of things if we are out. We have been very pleased with Alert 360, their sales staff, technicians and customer care. They have been our security company for 5+ years now. They are accommodating, courteous and did a great job installing their products in our home. We have had 3 or 4 security companies before we found Alert 360 but Alert 360 is by far the best company out there as far as we're concerned. Their prices are fair and they have gone the extra mile for us on several occasions. Thank you Alert 360 and all of your staff for a job well done.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything he was there to do to repair my security system. He made sure that I had a chance to let him know about any other issues I might have. Then he went to work and fixed everything very quickly. He then explained what he had done and asked if we had any questions about the system, which we did not since he had done such a great job of going through everything. Very nice and he finished the work quickly. 2 thumbs up.
