I never met Alex in person and i brought to him a very unusual lending deal as i started to look for a house with a woman late last year however the relationship was severed in November 2014. I started with a pre-qualification as i was the only one that would have been approved anyway's. He's a lot more punctual than I am. I should have done this review a month ago. Alex is busy. Everybody in this financing business is busy. But he always took the time to communicate clearly and succinctly–verbally and in writing. The previous agent we dealt with from another company did NOT do that and the result was a nightmare. Alex is by far the absolute best mortgage professional I have ever worked with. He is genuine and straight forward right from the beginning of the process. There will be NO changes or surprises at all.My VA loan was a bit complicated as result of military documents that the VA requested and I no longer had in my possession. Alex went above and beyond for me from the first day we spoke to the day of the closing, I was truly stressed throughout the whole process but that's just because of the type of person I am but every time I would contact Alex he already thought of and taken care of the problems I thought I had. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful in purchasing my first home. He was always very quick to respond to any question or concern I had, and was always positive. He was great about keeping me updated, and also helped me lock in the best rate possible. I would not have been able to do everything without him!!!! Alex did a great job for me. He got me the loan I needed at the price I wanted to pay. He helped me get the loan quickly, so that I was able to move into my new place in less then 2 months.
Alex was very good in keeping me informed every step of the way. He helped me get all of the necessary documents together. He got this wrapped up as quickly as possible. I would definitely use him and his company again and highly recommend others use them to. Just made the whole process as easy on me as possible.
