I moved to Clearwater Fl in the late spring of 2015. Prior to moving I was already working with the mortgage company that holds the mortgage on my Washington house. The Tampa office of the mortgage company was very eager to help. When it came time look at houses, my loan officer left town for a vacation without sending me any information on my pre-approval.
