Alex was very dedicated and helpful he worked with me for about a year and he waited for my situation to be worked on and he did most of the leg work, I can appreciate all he has done, he went the extra mile to find out information for me to help me feel more compfortable with working with him, he was the only loan officer that gave me hope, and I am very grateful to him, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Loan Officer.
He was very knowledgeable and was always honest with me about every step we went through. It was always easy to reach out to him and he always returned my phone calls promptly. He also helped me get some leagel documents like my lost SS card
Alex was thorough and answered all questions. Made this experience very comfortable we will recommend him to all of our family and friends. He even took the time to answer our questions on weekends! This was our first home so we were new to all this we couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way through.
