Alex was always on top of things and great at getting back to us quickly and walkin us through the loan process so we could better understand it, we purchased out first home w him doing the loan and also chose to refinance through him

Alex was absolutely great to work with... very knowledgeable, quick to return calls and emails, and more than willing to take the time to explain all aspects of the process so that my wife and I were completely informed and comfortable with our decision (even when it may have entailed a slightly ridiculous about of questions from me). I look forward to recommending Alex to friends and family and will certainly be reaching back out to him for my next purchase.

Alex was extremely supportive throughout the entire home purchase process and assisted on our behalf with the various entities including the title company, real estate agent and homeowners insurance broker. Alex went the extra step to ensure our closing was timely and was completed as smoothly as possible.

Alex was very professional in his interactions with me during the process of closing my house. He was very responsive in his communications with me. He also was very helpful with his advice while I was clearing some of the items on my credit report. I would highly recommend him to friends and family looking to buy a home.

If I had any questions I would send an email and I would hear back within ten minutes. My husband's schedule was so crazy that we couldn't get the electronic paperwork done until late and he told us feel free to call if we have any problems and I called him at 10:30 at night and he was very helpful. I also was told by a few places we weren't eligible for a refinance but he looked into it and found out we were. I have already given his name to a friend. Thank you Kim and Paul Bourque

Alex Perry is a man of his word. Not only did he work with us to refinance. He also helped to pay off our charge cards. Alex worked every angle and went above and beyond our expectations. We were so delighted with our last experience, that we followed Alex from another Lender. True professionalism at it's best. I had a loan with Quicken Loans and I went back to them to Refinance. I knew my rate was high and due to a personal situation I had to go back to a 30 year note.
