I got my first house on June 7. My friend recommended me to work with Alex Polyakh. And what a great experience it was . I am working in San Francisco and had to drive from Sacramento every day. We were able to do most of the paperwork online. He helped me with stuff I didn't understand. Explained how to save my bank transactions in pdf file. We did most of the work over the phone and that's what I needed. I'll give him 5 stars and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Alex keep up a good work.
Very knowledgeable loan officer, smooth process. He helped in every way he can to get all documents finished and worked with me to make sure everything was correct. What I like most about refinancing process was that all documents were processed electronically, except the actual closing documents.
