At a time where loans are more difficult to get approved, Alex was able to guide us every step of the way and helped us with every little thing we needed for us to by our first home. Even when I threw questions at him that were more or less questions to ask my Realtor, Alex was patient and took the time to answer them. It was a conventional loan that we applied for and was quite intense because lender has required a full documentation. Alex helped explaining all of the little things and details and reasons behind it. With his help and knowledge we went through fine and closed in time. Thank you so much, Alex!!!

It's much tougher to get approved for a loan these days than several years ago. That is why we appreciate Alex's help so much. He was trying to be proactive and stayed in touch with the underwriter all the time letting us know right away if any additional documents were needed and informing us of how the process was going every step of the way.
