My name is Alex Schafers. I grew up and lived in the Cincinnati/Dayton area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing the area for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling homes at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business.

In this crazy market I never would have found my dream home if it wasn’t for Alex going way above and beyond. On a whim he talked to the owner of the house next door to one we were looking at and next thing I know I’m buying a house off market.
Great experience. Alex is friendly from day one. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Knows the Cincinnati area very well and there are a lot of very diverse neighborhoods. I moved from Columbus so I needed someone who knew where to make a home purchase where I would be happy and it would be a solid investment.
Alex helped my fiancé and I buy our home together. He was very knowledgeable about the process and quick to respond to all of our questions. Once he knew what kind of house we were looking for, he was able to send us a lot of quality leads. The process was as painless as it could be!!
