Alex Schafers helped me and my wife find our first home. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home around the Cincinnati area. Alex was very responsive via phone, text and email, even on weekends; he was happy to answer all our questions and request information from sellers when needed; and he was flexible with his schedule when homes popped up that we wanted to see and when our schedule was not very flexible. He definitely surpassed our expectations!

Alex was our realtor for our very first home buying experience and was amazing! He was knowledgeable, straight forward, and fought for us every step of the way into getting us our brand new home! Alex has grown up and lived in the Cincinnati area for his entire life and his expertise of the area was shown when we were narrowing down our search for the perfect location. Anyone who has the chance to work with Alex is getting one of the best people we’ve ever worked with in any setting!

We had to move for a new job with a very tight schedule. Alex braved the blizzard to show us our primary picks. Our process was further complicated by a cruise right in the middle of the buying process. Remediation was needed on the house we selected. Alex helped us find contractors to make the corrections. Alex acted in my behalf to keep the remediation and buying process moving. He provided valuable advice every step of the way.

Alex is a consummate professional, very responsive and personable. My property had two offers on the first day it was listed! Alex ran interference for me with the buyers and smoothed out every wrinkle as it came up. Alex has never sold an IRA-owned property before but handled it very well and learned from the experience. I was also extremely impressed with his assistant.

Alex absolutely rocked! He was really responsive and wanted to make sure I found the house just right for me. It took less than a month to find the perfect house - even around the holidays! When I made the offer, he did a great job with negotiating closing costs, and was overall, just excellent to work with. This guy was making sure my home buying process went smoothly even when he was on his honeymoon!! (Sorry, Alex's new wife!) Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Alex listened to us and helped us, educated us, and helped sell our house a day after listing! He also helped us find our new home and had everything done quickly and easily. Listen to him and trust him. The house he suggested was the one we loved and purchased. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

You want the best? Alex is the best! We had very specific requests and we looked at lots of houses I choose thinking it was what we needed. I found out quickly I didn’t know what I wanted especially in a new state that I was unfamiliar with. Alex however did know what we needed. Alex is a great guy! He is young, and willing to learn (which we think is a great thing!!). When we found a house that we thought we might be interested in, he set up a showing; when we had questions (and we had plenty), he would find the answers; he was a good listener and energetic. We were not local, we are returning to Cincinnati - so things were a bit hectic and chaotic at times, but Alex rolled with the punches.
