Really good meal with the family over Labor Day. Britt is a great waitress. Menu and food was great this time. It had changed the last time, and we were unsure of going back as some of our favorites were gone (this was after Hurricane Mathew). But this time everyone was happy. Noise level was a little high, but seated near a group with 10 children what do you expect?

Had a reservation and requested waterside seating which was honored. Ordered appetizers, main course, and dessert. All were delivered in a timely manner (no rush) and delicious. My only complaint was a delay in removing used plates and utensils after the appetizers. That was delayed and then when the person left one plate when picking up I had to ask for my used plate to be removed before the main course. First time dining at Alexander’s and loved it. The she crab soup was beyond delicious and the swordfish was expertly prepared. The service was friendly and informative! My only regret was the seating. While the veranda seemed lovely, we were seated in the interior of the restaurant in an airless alleyway that lacked charm, ambiance and had a sterile business hotel quality to it. The host should ask guests where they prefer to be seated. Otherwise, perfect, including the convenient location and ample parking!
Fresh food, good selection of food on the menu, very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff.
