Great dining experience! Went to Alexander's over 20 years ago and still remember the beautiful scenery surrounding the restaurant. With new ownership, still the same great food and service! Food was prepared as requested and service with a smile! Will definitely return but not wait for 20 years since we live here now!!!!
Perfect as usual. Got the meet the chef. Server was lovely and friendly. Delicious all around! Perfect date.
The a/c must have been on high and the ceiling fans were on so it was cold.We ordered beef wellington that came in a pastry shell,the meat wasn't tender at all. The pastry shell was hard, it should have been soft and easy to cut. The shrimps we ordered were very good. For our entree we ordered the crab cakes and the veal wienerschnitzel. The crab cakes did not taste good at all. The bottoms were burnt, horrible. My wife and I had a wonderful meal on Saturday night. The restaurant was very bright and airy with multiple rooms and good space between tables so quiet enough for good conversation. Some of the tables had excellent views of the waterway outside although that room seemed to have more tables so may have been louder. The service was quick and excellent.
