We have been going to Alexander's for years and will probably continue. I made our reservation on Open Table and marked special occasion and wrote in "wife's birthday". There was never any recognition of the Birthday. I was extremely disappointed. I was going to talk to the Host when I left but they weren't at the entrance. The food was very good and the service was ok. I was just disappointed with Open Table and Alexander's for not making this a "special occasion ".
Really good meal and experience. Waitress was wonderful. Only con was it was too cold
It was my husband's and my 10th anniversary, but they didn't even wish us a Happy Anniversary despite my noting it in our Open Table reservation. I also had to change the time of our dinner to 5:45 from 6:30 in order for us to be able to attend a show afterwards. Apparently, changing the time of our dinner to 5:45 did not qualify me for 200 points on Open Table. Why???
