Pleasant The elevators were ridiculously slow. People going up to the terrace bar who weren't even staying at the hotel were given preferential access. Guests paying to stay there had to wait at least 10 minutes to get into an elevator. Because of this I would not stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

En fait j’aurais du prêter attention à l’emplacement de l’hôtel L’espace exigu pour l’accueil Le personnel se démène mais c’est très difficile par moment car l’espace réservé à l’accueil est très petit pour un hôtel qui regroupe autant de chambre et par moment c’est très encombré ( en plus le bar partage le même espace : même commentaire pour le bar Propre et moderne
Muito boa Muito cheio, era julho, férias, o Hall ficava lotado, e tinha filas nos elevadores, mas nada inconveniente, só se programar pra esperar um pouca a mais para o elevador. Ótimo hotel, novo, bem equipado, cana confortável, banheiro bom, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, ótima localização, pertinho da times square e pontos turísticos, na entrada ganhei drink de boas vindas e crédito pra usar no mercado do hotel.
