Very Good Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the food out of the ground floor restaurant was lovely.

Exceptional The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The cleaning people came very late at night which was not something we were used to. We would be out for the day sightseeing and come back to the room to get ready to go out to dinner and housekeeping would show up while we were getting ready. The location is great for walking to Times Square and theater district. We liked everything about the hotel. We did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant. The rooftop bar had excellent drinks!
