Very Good Las habitaciones son pequeñas , pero como para lo que uno va es a dormir ,esta super El hotel está bien ubicado , tiene un restaurante que a pesar de que en su menú no es variado ,es bueno , la atención tanto en restaurante como en el hotel muy buena , en fin lo recomiendo

Exceptional Staff were present 24 hours, very friendly and always happy
Clean and good location but wouldn't stay again. Staff at the front desk were quite dismissive and rude. We were supposed to get bottles of water provided each day but didn't. One night we asked for extra toilet roll and an hour later it still hadn't been given to us. The room was a bit small for 4 people and there wasn't enough storage for clothes. Location was good for access to Times Square, Central Park and nearby subways. The hotel was clean and we felt safe with staff downstairs monitoring who was entering.
