Heather was knowledgeable about the types of carpet available and genuinely cared that I was happy with my selection. The installation crew did a great job.
We wanted to replace the carpet in 3 bedrooms and hallway with hardwood to match the current hardwood in the rest of the house. Norman helped us look at hardwood samples to find a match for the piece of current floor that we brought to the store. We found a great match with a Bruce product, and decided to use a less expensive Mohawk product on the rooms upstairs that did not have to match perfectly. Dawn was amazing to work with as was Becky, and Scott and his installment crew. Their professionalism coupled with expertise and courtesy was exceptional. The guys with Scott installing the floors were prompt, courteous, considerate, and did exceptional work! Highly recommended!! Love my floors!!

Great experience start to finish!!! Never pressured to buy more upgrades then I needed! Installation was perfect and timely. Scot and his crew did a great job!
Needed some flooring for a last minute project and worked with Carol. She explained the different types of flooring and the benefits of each. Very low pressure. Very good customer service - something that is rare these days. I would definitely use them again. A very pleasant experience.
