We were hit with an extra $200 to take up old floor after the flooring crew was on site and had already removed the floor. I don't mind paying for services rendered but this should have been included in the original quoted price (which was very high already). Not very good customer service on part of sales clerk. We dealt with Steve and Carol. Then to top it off, Carol put the blame on the gentleman that came out and measured the floor. Go figure!😢
Not very good customer service. Called with an extra $200 charge for removing old flooring after the crew was here and already taken the floor up. What sales person would not know to tell their customer and add this in the original pricing (which is very high already). Very disappointed with being hit with this extra charge. This has nothing to do with the flooring crew. Just poor management at the store. On top of this the sales clerk put the blame on the guy that measured the floor. Go figure!
All About Flooring has major problems with their contractors. On the day our flooring was installed, the installers came, ripped up half the carpet in all rooms in the house, then called us to say we had to replace the entire subfloor of the house. Of course, the contractor had a buddy who could do it this week for only $8-10k. We immediately got a second and third opinion from other companies and were told we were being scammed and only a couple pieces of subfloor were bad. Thank you Becky and All About Flooring for finding us more flooring to finish our hallway. We had LVT flooring installed all through out the house and wanted the hallway done. Flooring was discontinued but Becky was able to find just the right amount to finish the job. Talk about good customer service. It looks beautiful. Thank you.
Big shout out to Scott and his crew. They were on time and did an amazing job on our foyer, dinning room, living room and hallway. We will definitely request them for future work. Great job guys!
The installation was totally unprofessional work, as far as we had to insist they fix 2 areas where the quarter round fell into the gap they left. We had told the salesman when we made the purchase that is was extremely important that the cuts be as straight and as tight to the wall as possible when installed. Brian was great to work with for our 1st job. Duane was generally disrespectful, arrogant, intimidating. Had an issue, spoke with owner who did not call back. Will not use store again, which is too bad because we have multiple houses we have to keep up.
After our floor was installed .....we NEVER rcvd a call from them . NO ONE CALLED TO CONFIRM IF WE WAS PLEASED AND IF THERE WAS ANY ISSUES. We had to call them. Then we had a issue with the trim and was told by the installer, they will order another type of trim. AGAIN WE NEVER GOT A CALL. I expect great customer service and WE DID NOT RECIEVE IT. Going forward I will not refer this location.
The initial experience was very pleasant and impressive. During several visits to evaluate and select materials John was helpful, patient, and informative. After we made our decision and scheduled the installation, the good feeling wore off in a hurry. Despite our requests we never received a firm quote.
