The initial experience was very pleasant and impressive. During several visits to evaluate and select materials John was helpful, patient, and informative. After we made our decision and scheduled the installation, the good feeling wore off in a hurry. Despite our requests we never received a firm quote. We had also requested that the installer contact us to discuss a potential isssue. He did not show up as promised or respond to multiple calls and texts.
