Needed some flooring for a last minute project and worked with Carol. She explained the different types of flooring and the benefits of each. Very low pressure. Very good customer service - something that is rare these days. I would definitely use them again. A very pleasant experience.
Was looking for inexpensive carpet for small room. Tom was very helpful in showing what was available and helped me find a remnant that would work. He scheduled the instillation with a pleasant young man, Miguel, who did a great job and cleaned up after he finished.
We were extremely pleased with the installation of our floors. First we replaced the carpet on our second floor, the installer Israel was on time and did a fantastic job. Just recently we put new hardwood floors Silverado Hallmark, this job was done by Ron and his crew, what a job! First of all for a contractor to be on time is very uncommon and to top that polite. Just had the luxury vinyl planks installed downstairs in our home. Brian Blackwell's crew did the job in 2 days when I had been quoted 3 days to complete. I noticed a small issue a day later and Brian swung by an hour after the call and fixed it on the spot. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
We just had hardwood flooring placed in our hallway to match existing flooring in our home. Norman in sales did a great job guiding me to pick the perfect match in quality and shade. I am a designer so I am very particular. Scott, Alberto( Berto), and Ashad installed it seamlessly and aimed to please. They exemplify excellent customer service. We would recommend them for your next flooring project!
