Some of the worst service I have ever received. My dog was brought in with large amounts of fluid in her chest and waited over 7 hours before any actual procedure was done to relieve the pressure. And the following day having to deal with the next doctor on staff who was so unfriendly and could care less about the situation that my family was going through. After calling multiple times to speak to the doctor and being passed around on hold and hung up on. To be told by a vet technician I was “griping “ at him when I finally ... read more

They have been out of my cats prescription urinary so dry food for weeks because it's on backorder. I asked them if I was able to order online if I found some. I ended up finding some on pet care rx only to get a call saying it was denied because they require me to bring in my cat for an exam. Its been six years since his surgery for crystals and I've never been told of this 'requirement'. I've been buying food from them since with no problems. Now I'm supposed to bring him in for a ripoff 'exam'. I'm not bringing in my cat ... read more

I wasn’t sure if this was even worth posting but quite frankly, if you have an actual & true emergency with your dog, you’d be better off finding a different emergency vet even if you have to travel out of town. My dog (Dolly) some how managed to get her mouth caught in my other dog (Moose) collar. They freaked out & there was a struggle. By the time I was able to get them separated, Dollys face was covered in blood with blood dripping from her mouth, nose, & face. This is an EMERGENCY. So I call in advance to let them know ... read more

Will not be returning to this facility ever again. Thought we were taking our 14 week old puppy in tonight to receive the best care possible and our puppy was dead within a half hour, this facility also has no idea on how the puppy died? So we will be getting an autopsy and getting the answer these people could not tell us, they also had lied to us saying they walked out of the room for a couple minutes prior to starting any medications etc on the him and when they walked back in the room he was in cardiac arrest LIE they pu... read more

Not to happy that we had to wait an hour and 20 min before they even came out and took our dog. Not to mention I’m 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot. It’s an emergency vet clinic for a reason, ya know for emergencies I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for my dog to be seen. Especially when it was clearly not busy. If there was another emergency vet clinic in town I would be going there.

DO NOT GO HERE....Won’t go ever again, paid a lot of money, they ran tons of tests, tons of charges, not sure what was wrong, then misdiagnosed...don’t advise! They said I took the dog in to early to tell what was wrong. Called back to resolve only to be told to bad. Beware.😡 Good News is after a trip to a referred Veterinary clinic, Minni has been properly diagnosed and troubles are resolved.

this is the most horrible place I have ever been! I would never recommend anyone to this place unless you want your pet to die! these people were more concerned about a payment then helping my dog. they did nothing for him I had to take him to another vets office! they charged me for an assessment which is fine but totally missed that my dog had a broken jaw now if you assessed him how did you miss that?! these people are shady crooks and have no compassion. they came in with 3 different estimates for cost with them being th... read more

I do not recommend. They wanted 100$ up front for nothing they did nothing for my dog, they kept saying “ 15 more dollars and this or 50 more dollars and this” and couldn’t tell me what was wrong after seizures. I recommend waiting until another clinic is open .
