I do not recommend. They wanted 100$ up front for nothing they did nothing for my dog, they kept saying “ 15 more dollars and this or 50 more dollars and this” and couldn’t tell me what was wrong after seizures. I recommend waiting until another clinic is open .

"Emergency" Pet Hospital is a joke. Took our cat there who was having stroke/seizure like symptoms and could barely walk. No sense of urgency; lady at front desk just sat there holding her own dog and didn't seem to really care what was going on with our cat. Then we were told there would be a one hour wait, even though the parking lot was empty and no one else was there. Also, there is a $100 walk in charge for you to sit and wait for that hour, so if your cat dies during that wait time you are out of $100 and a family memb... read more

Dr. Carlson is a caring, skilled professional that brings heart to all that she does. She remembers our "babies", and provides insight and options to help us make the best decision possible. I'm impressed with her skills and expertise, too!
My dog ingested chocolate so unfortunately we had to bring her here... I usually bring my animals to sioux nation where they take good care of us. I had to call to check on her... they never called to give an update. Then they gave me a dollar amount of how much it was going to cost after her "hospital stay" and to my suprise when it was time to pay it was 70$ more then what I was told!! Will never bring my animals here again for an emergency.

They denied my dog when she was having problems trying to have her babies she almost died because of them had to rush her to Brandon

What a joke! Took my 2 puppies in to be seen for flu symptons..they gave them a shot and sent them home. I took them to our regular vet today and they have a contagious bacteria infection and needed antibotics. This should have been caught while we were there yesterday. I called and spoke to the office manager who called me a liar!
