Called and told them we would be in since our 13 year old cat was starting to have seizures. They said it was a 15 minute wait. We got there in 5 minutes since we live close by! After we got all checked in they said just to let you know now there is at least a 3-4 hour wait since the doctor just went into surgery! Are you serious?! This is unethical and it shows that they don’t care about your pets! If they did they would have at least 2 vets on in a emergency clinic. Hi Suzanne. As this is an ER we often have to triage the emergencies and address the most critical and life-threatening cases first. An animal that is not actively seizing will always be of lower urgency as an animal that requires emergency surgery to prevent death. WARNING: I wouldn't use this hospital again even if my pet was dying. I would go to a hospital outside of town. Super frustrated with All City Pet Care South ER emergency veterinary clinic 😡 Brought Cassie (my dog) in Wednesday night for x-rays for a fractured leg (rough play with kiddos). First the doctor told me there's no fracture & probably just a sprain. Then she consulted with another doctor at the clinic & said oh yeah I guess there is a fracture. Waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen. During this time I didnt see a lot of traffic. One emergency came in. Saw blood on the waiting room floor. The exam room I was finally taken to had blood on the floor. I mentioned this to the Vet Tech and she did nothing and didnt apologize or offer to move me. As I sat waiting for the Vet, I noted a dried up contact on the floor along with a piece of a fingernail. We brought I 1 yr old cat anhka there on Tuesday morning after our vet told us to. They diagnosed her with pneumonia put her on 3 meds. I told that so called vet that she had gotten in the bathroom garbage and there was a empty bottle of bath wash. Wondering if that could be the problem no that wouldn’t effect her. Bullshit he misdiagnosed her and within 12 hours she was gone passed away in my arms. The vet killed my poor baby unnecessarily. Never bothered to take any blood at all. First off…this place is beyond expensive…almost 350 bucks for us to show up and have some blood work done…then the lady who is supposed to be the one to help us figure out what was going on wasn’t very interested in trying to solve the problem and seemed like she couldn’t care any less. Very poor service for such an over the top price. Do not recommend, and will not return.

Im appalled that your EMERGENCY clinic would allow a dog with a fever above 106.3 degrees, yes thats ONE HUNDRED *SIX* POINT THREE DEGREES sit for over SIX, not kidding SIX hours and not do a single thing. My good friend was told “if he didnt like it he could go elsewhere”. And I wish he would have. Ya’ll need some education on what bedside manner is and what constitutes a g*ddamn emergency! A friend of mine has brought several of his animals as an emergency to this hospital. He has been treated with disrespect, not given information about his animals I’ve been told basically “if you don’t like it, Go somewhere else.” This is unconscionable. When a person takes their beloved pet in an emergency to an emergency hospital to be treated with disrespect, not given information on demand And abused at a time like this. I would never take my animals to this hospital ever.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t release information regarding sick animal. Rude on the phone. Would not recommend.
I am appalled at how a very dear close friend of mine was treated at your clinic He brought his dog in and waited 51/2 hrs then was told he could take himself and his dog somewhere else. Really!!! How very insensitive rude and beyond poor customer service. I can assure you that I as well as many of us that are following this gentleman and his dog will be spreading the word to everyone we know how horrible rude insensitive and disrespectful people are there at your clinic and will be taking our pets elsewhere for our pets... read more
