This was the WORST experience EVER!!! My mother in law moved today from Kyle, Tx to New Braunfels, Tx using this so called "moving company" and oh my lord! Was she robbed of her money!!! She has moved 3 times last year, and usually my husband and I move her using a dodge and a Chevy. It takes us 5 hours to move her stuff. And it took these "professionals" from 9:30am until 1PM! Just to load her stuff. And she sold a lot of her stuff. And then took an additional 3 hours to unpack it!!! She literally has 2 beds, 4 dressers tot... read more

I asked for a quote 6 weeks ago and now they spam my email 2 or 4 times a day. Their unsubcribe link does not work. They don't answer emails or return calls. I would not use their services if they were the last moving service in Texas.

If I could give no stars I would right now. Movers were to have arrived an hour ago. No one answers at the office and voice mail is full so can't leave a message. Sitting among boxes that should be on a truck and headed to Tara's new house.
