Horrible customer Service. We called and got a quote to move our son from a 5x10 storage room to his collage apartment that was 6 blocks away. We spoke with Brian on the phone who advised it should only take 2 movers one hour and quoted a great price. We accepted and set the appoint. The day of the appoint the movers showed up and moved the furniture in less than an hour. This is where the issues began. Let me tell you my experience with All my Son’s moving company. In the middle of my move from one apartment to the next, I decided to look for movers to help with a few other items that were left behind. I had heard few good things about All my Sons and decided to give them a try, but I guess those few times were rare occasions when they kept their appointment as promised and did a good job for once. This review was meant for the Little Rock branch. Not affiliated with the Texas All My Son's. Sorry about the confusion Moving team incompetent. Had no tools to disassemble beds. Damaged many items, including brand new refrigerstor and new dryer. Offered $219. Damage was extensive. They only pay. 60 cents a pound no matter what or how badly they damage it. Buyer beware!!

I hired AMS after being given an estimate of $572. This was for a 2-man crew at the rate of $143/hour. The move ended taking almost double the time because one of the two men on the crew chose to take frequent smoke breaks while standing around talking on his cell phone. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior! Because of this man's laziness, the move took longer and we were charged $929--almost double the quote!!! Poor overall experience mixed with two great movers. Estimator said "half a day tops" turned in to 9am-8pm. One of the 3 movers complained all day, dropped an item,broke it and tried to play it off, same mover cursed at other movers in house with my wife there. Was told a claim was filed for broke item, it wasn't. Shame estimator and one mover ruined process for the two incredibly hard working guys!
