Poor overall experience mixed with two great movers. Estimator said "half a day tops" turned in to 9am-8pm. One of the 3 movers complained all day, dropped an item,broke it and tried to play it off, same mover cursed at other movers in house with my wife there. Was told a claim was filed for broke item, it wasn't. Shame estimator and one mover ruined process for the two incredibly hard working guys!
Unfortunately poor service, hidden costs, and very rude managers.
First of all, I want to state clearly that my complaint is not with the movers that did the actual work. They were great and very professional. My complaint is solely with the sales rep and manager about their billing. I was quoted one price and the sales rep told me “I guarantee that it will not be one penny more, if fact it will probably be less!” He also went on to say that is why they are different then all the other companies. Absolute WORST UNETHICAL company around!! They scam customers into paying more money once your stuff is locked in the truck! Will never recommend or use!!!

This company is an absolute disaster!!! They run a very shady business. I hired them to move me out of my home in Austin and deliver to my home in New Mexico. I was overcharged more than $525 and the majority of my furniture was badly damaged, broken, or missing pieces. My furniture was not reassembled and most of our things were stacked in our garage instead of being put in their designated places. Customer Service was not very sympathetic and basically said "Sorry". We are left to clean up, fix and buy pieces that are miss... read more

I would prefer to give them zero stars! This entire business is a complete disaster. It is completely unprofessional. I was charged over $600 more than my final estimate. Most of my furniture is either badly damaged, broken or missing pieces. It was also not put in its designated spaces, therefore I am left to haul boxes and furniture upstairs, etc. I hired them so I would NOT have to do this. They are unorganized and don't really care about anything more than getting their money from you. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
