Took 6 hours to move a not even full 2br apartment 5 miles to the new place. Price was ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE!!!
They want to double price for work that they didn't much do and on top of that lie to there customers about how much was going to be the actual pay...awful DO NOT Recommend!
Absolutely would not recommend this company to anybody. My mom was given a price, later they held her belongings hostage until a payment was made. Later to look at statements she was charged double.
Did not tell my company that payment is due before items are off loaded. Then held it hostage. We paid them. They start unloading from truck. We notice something amiss. They broke a leg on a table. We are told they pay 60cents per pound for damages.
While moving someone else in the apartment complex, one of the movers stole my cousins package outside her apartment door. The person who stole the package lied multiple times about it. He showed up in the security footage stealing the package and All My Sons isn’t even paying my cousin back full price for the contents of the package, which happened to have $300 worth of clothing in it. This is a shady business with shady employees.
Shady business practices, stay far away. They offered two discounts but only agreed to honor one on moving day. Garbage company with garbage management. The “owner” Tristan Henderson is a snake in the grass, and I hope he can sleep well at night knowing he’s ripping off people.
Horrible customer service. Lots of my things got messed up and tried to hold my furniture hostage
DO NOT USE!!! Took off work to wait for the delivery that was supposed to come at 9 am!! 11 hours later the truck rolls up! They open the doors to find that the antique baby grand piano that has been in our family for generations is severely broken and it certainly wasn’t loaded that way when it left the house they picked it up from! Literally missing a leg off of this massive piano, all scratched up and the bench is shattered (bench was already broken but absolutely not to the extent it is now)! RecommendedBobby and his crew are very polite guy’s and do ecxactly what you need or ask I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.
