The gentleman, Chase Morales, came out to my house to quote me on moving. I showed him my refrigerator, exercise equipment and bedroom sets that needed to be moved. He advised me it wouldn’t be a problem even known the door would have to taken off the hinges to remove the refrigerator and that the exercise equipment was put together in the room. Be careful, when they move you and tear your stuff up, “your signature on the bill of lading limits their liability to $.60 per pound/item.” My husband signed this but it wasn’t his stuff they tore up, it was mine and I’m pissed that All My Sons only has to pay a mere fraction of what my things are worth.

A friend had used this moving company to come get a piece of furniture from our house. There were 3 men who helped move the piece of furniture and one of them was very nice. But unfortunately someone stole money from my purse (around 140$-160$). I was very careful to stay near my belongings while they moved but I did step away from the area for a brief moment to make sure there wasn’t a scratch on the floor and to get something to drink. I called to move my 93 year old mother from one Assisted Living home to another, just one bedroom. I was quoted 2 men and it should take about 2 hours and cost about $400. The crew was good (Michael was in charge and he is a good leader, very professional). However, they did get lost for 30 minutes enroute to the new Assisted Living location. Please read the online reviews for All My Sons moving company before you hire them to handle your belongings. They have a horrendous reputation across the country.
These people do dishonest work and are nothing but deceitful about their true prices. If they quote you 3-400 You should anticipate a charge between $500-700.00 BEWARE OF HERMAN AND JASON. They seam friendly and are eager to help you, but they hide a huge portion of the over all costs and are nothing but GARBAGE!! I will be posting this to ALL company sites and om ALL SOCIAL MEDIA!! I am truly surprised that they would encourage a review with the service that they offer. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked this move. They inflate the bill as much as possible, we were charged over a hundred dollars for "supplies" which was ridiculous because they only used a small amount of wrap on the freezer. The broke a 50 inch TV because of sheer carelessness and their insurance is a joke, so don't bother. There has to be better options out there, I would suggest looking around first.
This is the worst service I have had from ANY company I have ever dealt with. 1-They damaged 5 of the 15 pieces of furniture they were asked to move. 2-They damaged my home 3-After nearly damaging a piece that has been in my wife's family for 5 generations, my son said "hey, don't grab it by the legs, it will break". I don't know where to start. I have moved 12 times in 30 years. This was the WORST experience EVER. They put my dining table in the truck, then stacked boxes on top of it until it collapsed. The table has removable pedestals and the other 8 moving companies who moved this table removed them and packed the the table top separately. I assumed this national moving company would do the same. And then to stack boxes on top of the table? Employee negligence and ignorance! I reported a claim and was offered $60 to replace the table... read more
