This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. My move was 2 doors down and furniture only, as everything else had already been moved. Tristan Henderson, the manager, tried every possible way to over charge me.... including billing me for boxes, shrink wrap, packing materials that simply were not used. The move was estimated to take 2 hours but when it was 80% complete he requested that I prepay for an additional 2 hours of labor for the 4 man crew and that they would refund unused time. Movers did a great job. But they use very misleading billing practices. The bill you sign at the end of the move IS NOT your total. It is what you are being charged on top of the deposit. I was never given an actual full total until I reviewed my credit card statement and then called the company. Very misleading. They should be up front and transparent.

I had a one-bedroom apartment, most everything was already boxed, and I had already moved the things I needed to our home now. They took FOREVER and what I thought were too many breaks (during which they were still billing me.) Once everything was loaded, we went to the storage unit near my home and began the unloading process. I’ve used professional movers at least 6 times over the years, but my move with All My Sons Moving and Storage was by far the WORST moving experience I’ve had. We had NO boxes, clothes, lamps, etc. to be moved (we had moved all that ourselves in advance), NO kitchen appliances, and only 1 bed, yet it still took them almost 8 hours to move us 6 miles to our new location. The gentleman, Chase Morales, came out to my house to quote me on moving. I showed him my refrigerator, exercise equipment and bedroom sets that needed to be moved. He advised me it wouldn’t be a problem even known the door would have to taken off the hinges to remove the refrigerator and that the exercise equipment was put together in the room. Be careful, when they move you and tear your stuff up, “your signature on the bill of lading limits their liability to $.60 per pound/item.” My husband signed this but it wasn’t his stuff they tore up, it was mine and I’m pissed that All My Sons only has to pay a mere fraction of what my things are worth.

A friend had used this moving company to come get a piece of furniture from our house. There were 3 men who helped move the piece of furniture and one of them was very nice. But unfortunately someone stole money from my purse (around 140$-160$). I was very careful to stay near my belongings while they moved but I did step away from the area for a brief moment to make sure there wasn’t a scratch on the floor and to get something to drink. I called to move my 93 year old mother from one Assisted Living home to another, just one bedroom. I was quoted 2 men and it should take about 2 hours and cost about $400. The crew was good (Michael was in charge and he is a good leader, very professional). However, they did get lost for 30 minutes enroute to the new Assisted Living location.
