This is the worst service I have had from ANY company I have ever dealt with. 1-They damaged 5 of the 15 pieces of furniture they were asked to move. 2-They damaged my home 3-After nearly damaging a piece that has been in my wife's family for 5 generations, my son said "hey, don't grab it by the legs, it will break". I don't know where to start. I have moved 12 times in 30 years. This was the WORST experience EVER. They put my dining table in the truck, then stacked boxes on top of it until it collapsed. The table has removable pedestals and the other 8 moving companies who moved this table removed them and packed the the table top separately. I assumed this national moving company would do the same. And then to stack boxes on top of the table? Employee negligence and ignorance! I reported a claim and was offered $60 to replace the table... read more
Oh my goodness..I wish I would have seen these reviews before I booked them. Not only can I not get a detailed invoice for the "services" they performed but they did not move one of my heaviest items...a 5 drawer horizontal file cabinet. They moved our belongings on Sunday morning and on Sunday afternoon after my husband returned from the storage unit he found a hole in our master bedroom door. Now I know that the door will probably have to be replaced because we were involved in the great Louisiana flood and accidents do ... read more
