Oh my goodness..I wish I would have seen these reviews before I booked them. Not only can I not get a detailed invoice for the "services" they performed but they did not move one of my heaviest items...a 5 drawer horizontal file cabinet. They moved our belongings on Sunday morning and on Sunday afternoon after my husband returned from the storage unit he found a hole in our master bedroom door. BEWARE!! These guys are pathetic. Told me today, 3days from move, that they couldn't honor the quote there rep quoted us!! Guess it would be too late to change movers, but guess again. I'll try to get my 100 bucks back, but this bad review will probably make that not happen. That's okay, it's worth it...these guys suck. Stephen their assistant manager acted like he was stuck in a situation he couldn't fix. Really, your not fooling anyone. This is how you operate.
