These people do dishonest work and are nothing but deceitful about their true prices. If they quote you 3-400 You should anticipate a charge between $500-700.00 BEWARE OF HERMAN AND JASON. They seam friendly and are eager to help you, but they hide a huge portion of the over all costs and are nothing but GARBAGE!! I will be posting this to ALL company sites and om ALL SOCIAL MEDIA!! I am truly surprised that they would encourage a review with the service that they offer. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked this move. They inflate the bill as much as possible, we were charged over a hundred dollars for "supplies" which was ridiculous because they only used a small amount of wrap on the freezer. The broke a 50 inch TV because of sheer carelessness and their insurance is a joke, so don't bother. There has to be better options out there, I would suggest looking around first.
This is the worst service I have had from ANY company I have ever dealt with. 1-They damaged 5 of the 15 pieces of furniture they were asked to move. 2-They damaged my home 3-After nearly damaging a piece that has been in my wife's family for 5 generations, my son said "hey, don't grab it by the legs, it will break". I don't know where to start. I have moved 12 times in 30 years. This was the WORST experience EVER. They put my dining table in the truck, then stacked boxes on top of it until it collapsed. The table has removable pedestals and the other 8 moving companies who moved this table removed them and packed the the table top separately. I assumed this national moving company would do the same. And then to stack boxes on top of the table? Employee negligence and ignorance! I reported a claim and was offered $60 to replace the table... read more
Oh my goodness..I wish I would have seen these reviews before I booked them. Not only can I not get a detailed invoice for the "services" they performed but they did not move one of my heaviest items...a 5 drawer horizontal file cabinet. They moved our belongings on Sunday morning and on Sunday afternoon after my husband returned from the storage unit he found a hole in our master bedroom door. BEWARE!! These guys are pathetic. Told me today, 3days from move, that they couldn't honor the quote there rep quoted us!! Guess it would be too late to change movers, but guess again. I'll try to get my 100 bucks back, but this bad review will probably make that not happen. That's okay, it's worth it...these guys suck. These people are a joke. They didn't get to our house till 4:30pm and we were moving to Texas they didn't finish until 11:30 pm and didn't get to our new house till 7:00pm the next day. I blame the company. The guys are poorly trained and have no idea how to pack anything. They even had a hard time getting in touch with their boss. My furniture has so many scratches and a lot of my stuff was broken.
