Wish I could give this company a fat 0 Biggest rip off..... 1.5 hrs of service cost $594.00. Charge $169 to drive to my house and back for a 20 min ride and charged another $76.00 for a fuel charge. Movers were great company greedy and Expensive!!! Never again and I highly recommend you don't use them unless you want to throw your money away. ����

I would have given them a pretty high rating if they had been honest and transparent up front. I should have guessed by how lackadaisical Sam was speaking to me before the move, that the explanation of what the move was going to be was just as lackadaisical. Their 2.5 hour minimum being IN ADDITION TO the beginning start time was not at all explained properly and I ended up paying $462.50 more than I was supposed to. IN A MOVE FROM CONNECTICUT TO PENNSYLVANIA THE CREW WHO LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE BAILED OUT OF THE BRIDGEPORT JAIL THAT MORNING STOLE OVER $3500.00 WORTH OF STERLING SILVER OUT OF THE CHINA CLOSET AND BROKE IN EXCESS OF $1500.00 WORTH OF BONE CHINA AND CRYSTAL. THEY ALSO DAMAGED A SOLID WALNUT DRESSER, A TEAK HUTCH AND MANY OTHER ITEMS. WE PAYED FOR SPECIAL WARDROBES FOR THEM TO PACK OUR CLOTHING AND ALL THEY DID WAS TO DUMP OUR CLOTHING INTO THE BOXES IN A HUGE TANGLE. Only one mover was very nice and conscious of all items/furniture. My dressers seems like they have been flipped and everything was all over in drawers and hard to get out or open. My hanging items in boxes had been bent up and clothing all over mixed on bottom of box rather then them being hung up.The worse is the PRICING, INSANELY Overly PRICED. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL CAUSE THE HIDDEN FEES HAPPENS AT THE END! I WILL NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
