Reputable companies honor their contracts, don’t ignore customer complaints, and don’t break promises they made via the BBB to settle disputes. By operating as a professionally run and competently staffed Company! Front desk/phone staff realising their 'movers', were running late and would now be unable to fulfil their contractual obligation, chose to cancel my move at 4pm on the day of move!
if i could give zero stars i would. we scheduled our move weeks in advance and forewarned them that our driveway might be a challege. both my spouse and i took PTO so we could move. All My Sons showed up late, with only 2 of the 3 people we booked AND barely attempted getting up the driveway. they were hourly so even if they couldn't get the truck all the way up they could have moved us. instead, they sat in their truck for like 30-45 minutes calling corporate then told me that they'd be sending someone else. we had to call ... read more
Completely lied on the phone about our moving time and when they would arrive. They told us that they were almost finished with another move and that they were about to head our way, but 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive (Keep in mind they had a five hour window of when they would arrive) they changed our time to 9pm since they added another move in front of us. By far the worst team of customer service reps I have ever encountered in my life. Zero communication whatsoever, we had to call over 10 times to find out what in the world was going on. Was given a window of 7-9am, which was changed to 10-12 the night before. Crew did not show up untill almost 2. The actual move was acceptable, the crew worked fast and got the job done. (Though they scraped the stairs of my rented apartment...hopefully that does not affect my security deposit. One of the three guys was absolutely useless, and the main guy on the job acknowledged that he's gotten complaints about this person before. I would highly recommend you use ANYONE else to completely your move. What should have been an easy move took all day and cost me way more money than it should have. We were supposed to have 3 guys for our move and day of only 2 show up. It took them over 7 1/2 hours to move 2 bedroom sets and 15 boxes a town over. Movers were nice but it was a VERY slow process due to them missing a 1/3 of their crew. Worst moving company ever. They damaged so much of my stuff. I was way over charged and now they won't respond to my emails with concerns. Please save your money and your belongings. I intentionally booked 4 movers at the suggestion of Kirk who gave me the estimate. They sent 3 and never notified me. The movers started off great and then got obviously tired.
