This company is overrated and over charges .........definitely not something I would recommend for anyone to use....while the Movers themselves were of an OK nature the company charges and the way they misrepresent them is something that should be legally looked into and we intend too..... Horrible as what they in their words explains "Hidden Fees and Charges" NO THANK YOU

Will never use this company again and highly recommend no one ever does. During the move, the guys were laughing at items we had in our home, and whispering jokes to each other. They rolled their eyes and complained about having to move some things. They damaged our brand new coffee table with a huge scratch right on the top surface, as well as several large scratched on our dresser, washing machine, and my husband's watch box. One of the worst moving companies I have ever seen. Keith, the sales guy from CT promised us an early start time and special boxes for our TV's. They movers showed up late and charged us for the hour. My $4000 TV was wrapped in cloth and put in the side of the truck. Within 20 minutes of the movers being at my apartment they began to haggle me for money. They were asking for tips when moving heavy items. . This is my first ever yelp but I had to get this rant off. I called and got a nice guy and gal to assist my roommates and I to move. Called them and wanted to move the next day. They said sure no problem and gave us a time between 11-1 they'll be there. After no inclination of them coming. 1:30pm. Called and said sorry and they will for sure be there at 3. Okay, fine. Pathetic professionalism in the Connecticut office,Stratford. Liars. Thieves. Disrespectful. The worst was Amanda who is too stupid to be professional, followed by Sam and Dave. Matt started the problem by now mentioning any minimum usage. Charged me twice as much as quoted then lied about it and said I must have misheard them. this company sucks, nothing but a bunch of unprofessional clowns pretending like they know what their doing, not only some of my personal belongings went missing and my furniture was broken but, i was over charged on the moving because a guy that calls him self a "supervisor" understimated they weight, so his mistakes ended up costing me dollars. this people are irresposible, i feel bad for whoever hires them as a moving company. save yourself a headache and keep this company out of your sight. karma is bitch and have a nice... read more

Horrible choice. took 3 men 10 hours ($1500) to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The locations were exactly 1 minute apart from each other. The movers had absolutely no respect for my time. They spent most of the day leisurely moving our items. Horrible efficiency. It even got to the point where my sister and I had no choice to but to help them move our stuff. This company was moving someone in to the building I live in. I went to get my mail and was subjected to an inappropriate cat call by one of their crew members in my own hallway. While they were working. They denied it and refused to apologize. When I went to take a photo of the truck number and license place, their rep accosted me, doubted and dismissed my assertion. Bait and switch. They will quote you a great price (i.e., $375 to move a 2 bedroom apartment) and then charge you almost double. I told the booking representative that I was moving less than two miles away (according to Google maps it is 1.4 miles away) and the type of furniture I was moving (i.e., one king bed, a TV console, etc.) and she said that the movers would have "no problem" getting it done in 2 hours and therefore the price would be $375 (2 hours for the actual loading and unloading, and 1 hour for the truck to g... read more
