HORRIBLE experience!! Extremely unprofessional, avoid at all costs!!!! They called the morning of our move and canceled saying their driver "called in sick that morning." When I complained saying that we are closing on our house and scheduled that day/time months ago, he said there is nothing I can do, I'm canceling your order and then HUNG UP ON ME. We ended up calling in family and friends from the local fire department to come help us move our house. Rude, unprofessional, and extremely unreliable.
Justin and his team were awesome. HOWEVER, thank you for ripping me off and charging me more than double because you failed to properly assess how much stuff we had to move. I asked if another truck would be needed and I was told it would all fit. It did not, and what should have been a 6-7 hour move turned into a 12 hour move. Your poor guys were so exhausted. Terrible experience! Several of my things are broken! 2 of the 3 men were rude, including telling me Covid was a joke! They lost my storage key and denied ever having it! I Called the operations manager Mike and he could seem to care less nor did he have the professionalism to call me back ! DON’T HIRE THESE GUYS!

Total rip-off! Here's the background: Was moving from a 2bd Condo into the 2nd floor of our new multifamily. We already moved tubberware bins, boxes, etc. they only had to move the major pieces of furniture (TV in box, couch, lounger, bedroom amour & bed frame, crib/toddler bed). I cannot begin to explain what a terrible and costly mistake it was to use this company. I reached out to AMS on last week to see about availability for an upcoming move and spoke to Brad. AMS had an opening on Monday, I was quoted $629.37 for three movers, two hours of labor and an hour of travel. I live in Fairfield County in Connecticut and recently moved with All My Sons. There are so many problems with this company I do not know where to start. The bottom line - PICK ANOTHER COMPANY, STAY AWAY from this business. Jason P. came to my house and gave a low estimate that was ENTIRELY INACCURATE. He low balled the estimate as it was inaccurate by the thousands $$.
