I would NOT recommend EVER using this company to move. I felt completely taken advantage of and mislead throughout the whole moving experience from "All My Sons." We moved a one bed room apartment 7 minutes up the road and were quoted a price for 2 hours moving and one hour travel time which at first seemed reasonable. However, It took them 5.5 hours to move a one bed room apt! We had everything already packed in boxes and there was only 4 pieces of actual furniture that needed to be moved. Avoid at all costs!!!!! This is the dirtiest, most unethical company you'll ever deal with. First they give you a low-ball estimate to get your business. Once they are at your house, they'll drag their feet and strategically take a long time. Once your furniture is on their truck, they say it took a lot longer than originally expected and gauge you for probably double what they initially quoted you. Think you can fight it? Nope. I contacted All My Sons for a move and storage in Nov 2016. I had a pleasant meeting with Keith at my house 2 weeks before the move who inventoried my contents and made me feel comfortable with their business. The day of the move 3 men showed up who were nice and did work very hard to load up the truck of our 3300 sf. home. Be very careful with this company; All My Sons Moving. Several pieces of my furniture have been damaged. They charged for packing material that was not utilized; my mattress and box spring were not shrink wrapped. There is a hole in my box spring and scratches/dents in my furniture. There are several dents on my walls. I am also missing several items. They tossed all my items carelessly in a box, including shoes and sunglasses. At first I really appreciated their business model. I was able to get a quote over the phone and the customer support was very nice. Nice that all workers there are part owners. For my move, I called 8 days in advance and was very clear that I only had access to the freight elevator between 2-6PM. The guy assured me I was the first person to schedule my move that day so it would be easy to ensure. I'll spare you the details, but the communication that day was non-existent. The last time we used this company to move they did an adequate job, so we figured why not try again? Not a good plan. The problem starts when I have to call and get a time, then I'm told that they will do their best to move my 4 bedroom home into a 3 bedroom home with 50 percent less furniture and 90 percent packed in 4 hrs. Ok sure. Movers arrive and are asked if they want something to drink and reply " no water, just make sure we get nice tip". Now this is before any work is completed. Arrived 4 hours late and did not finish the job. I called in the afternoon to ask what time the truck would return the next day to complete the job. The manager I spoke to was so rude and told me there were no trucks for another week. We had to rent a truck from U-Haul and we finished the job ourselves the next day. The movers they sent were fine but management was awful.

Terrible experience! They overinflate the charges and hit you with a much higher bill than you are led to believe. The charged us $200 for fuel for 40 miles, plus $250 for travel time, AND they took 2 hours (on our time) to travel those 40 miles, which means that we paid another $340 for that, since there charge by the hour. In total, we paid $1500 for 4 hours of loading and unloading the truck, out of which $900 were just for these various fees. I plan to go out of my to ensure that I educate everyone. They lied to me about price about process and pictures of total inventory don't lie but their reported inventory to corporate sure did. .
