I contacted All My Sons for a move and storage in Nov 2016. I had a pleasant meeting with Keith at my house 2 weeks before the move who inventoried my contents and made me feel comfortable with their business. Be very careful with this company; All My Sons Moving. Several pieces of my furniture have been damaged. They charged for packing material that was not utilized; my mattress and box spring were not shrink wrapped. There is a hole in my box spring and scratches/dents in my furniture. There are several dents on my walls. I am also missing several items. They tossed all my items carelessly in a box, including shoes and sunglasses. At first I really appreciated their business model. I was able to get a quote over the phone and the customer support was very nice. Nice that all workers there are part owners. For my move, I called 8 days in advance and was very clear that I only had access to the freight elevator between 2-6PM. The guy assured me I was the first person to schedule my move that day so it would be easy to ensure. I'll spare you the details, but the communication that day was non-existent. The last time we used this company to move they did an adequate job, so we figured why not try again? Not a good plan. The problem starts when I have to call and get a time, then I'm told that they will do their best to move my 4 bedroom home into a 3 bedroom home with 50 percent less furniture and 90 percent packed in 4 hrs. Ok sure. Movers arrive and are asked if they want something to drink and reply " no water, just make sure we get nice tip". Now this is before any work is completed. Arrived 4 hours late and did not finish the job. I called in the afternoon to ask what time the truck would return the next day to complete the job. The manager I spoke to was so rude and told me there were no trucks for another week. We had to rent a truck from U-Haul and we finished the job ourselves the next day. The movers they sent were fine but management was awful.

Terrible experience! They overinflate the charges and hit you with a much higher bill than you are led to believe. The charged us $200 for fuel for 40 miles, plus $250 for travel time, AND they took 2 hours (on our time) to travel those 40 miles, which means that we paid another $340 for that, since there charge by the hour. In total, we paid $1500 for 4 hours of loading and unloading the truck, out of which $900 were just for these various fees. I plan to go out of my to ensure that I educate everyone. They lied to me about price about process and pictures of total inventory don't lie but their reported inventory to corporate sure did. . After searching I settled on this company due to the "friendly" person taking time to work with me to get an idea on a quote timeframe etc. Because this was a state-to-state move, I went through a VERY detailed inventory; including the fact that I also had a storage unit to move to my new home. This company is overrated and over charges .........definitely not something I would recommend for anyone to use....while the Movers themselves were of an OK nature the company charges and the way they misrepresent them is something that should be legally looked into and we intend too..... Horrible as what they in their words explains "Hidden Fees and Charges" NO THANK YOU

Will never use this company again and highly recommend no one ever does. During the move, the guys were laughing at items we had in our home, and whispering jokes to each other. They rolled their eyes and complained about having to move some things. They damaged our brand new coffee table with a huge scratch right on the top surface, as well as several large scratched on our dresser, washing machine, and my husband's watch box.
