Disgraceful, negligent, and dishonest are the first words that come into my head when I think about this company. We hired this company after having an estimator named Peter come into our home. He told me that because of the size of the move, we’d receive 6 “all-stars” to move our furniture and all of our boxes. He estimated us at 9 hours (maximum), and he and I had a conversation about saving some money by having my family move the boxes the day before, so the movers would only do furniture. Received an in-home estimate and chose this company based on estimate. Moving day came (6/5) and we were supposed to have 2 trucks and 6 men. Instead we had 1 truck and 4 men. They weren't able to timely complete job and didn't pack everything they agreed to (all breakable items). They tried to leave but instead sent a new crew to "complete" job. Save yourself some money and a headache. Use someone else.. I was quoted 400$. 1000$ later and half my stuff was left at the house I was moving from because they didn't have time or room. Honestly the worst moving experience I've ever had.

I do not recommend this company, initial contact was professional and accommodating. On moving day, they showed up without tools and required assistance taking things apart. They were unable to move all objects after I was assured that would be able to. Upon arrival at new home, the price changed. I was told to call office and speak with a manager. Oh where to start. I started working for all my sons in august of 2014. On april 28 2016 i got a call from my boss. Our branch was being shut down, no severance pay, nothing. Basically " hey thanks for your almost two years of dedication, but you and 13 others are bow unemployed". So for anyone that wants to hire these people READ THIS. 1. Horrible not happy. They could care less once they get your money! Things are broken, scratched, and missing. I am so happy I spent good money for that!
