The move went fine until they ripped my flooring in my laundry room. They didn't tell me and now the corporate office only wamts to pay me $50 for the inconvenience. I can't even pay the labor to fix my flooring with that! The house was just restored after a fire so the floor was brand new! They didn't state the real price when offering a quote either. Will never use them again and will be posting as many bad reviews as I can until they rethink their terrible offer of a solution for my floor!

This company sucks!!! Not only were they WAY off on their quote for moving ( I've been told they are known for this) most of my furniture was damaged. Paint /finish off of all the corners/edges of dresser,coffee table/dining room table etc. mirrored nightstand broken into pieces. Wall hanging/photos/pictures broken frames/glass. STAY FAR, FAR WAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have looked at Yelp BEFORE I hired this moving company, but I made this decision based on the fact that I used them ONCE for a short move. I tell you all right now, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. Disgraceful, negligent, and dishonest are the first words that come into my head when I think about this company. We hired this company after having an estimator named Peter come into our home. He told me that because of the size of the move, we’d receive 6 “all-stars” to move our furniture and all of our boxes. He estimated us at 9 hours (maximum), and he and I had a conversation about saving some money by having my family move the boxes the day before, so the movers would only do furniture.
