My experience with All My Sons Moving Colorado Springs was very costly $$$$$$$. I might say a very unexpected cost they had not quoted us for a one hour service and a five mile drive for transportation to storage. We had six items that needed to be moved to storage from our daughters garage. I believe when they arrived at her house they profiled them and assumed with her standard of living they would up the charges. All my sons moving company moved an item into my basement over a year ago. In the process they did $1439.20 damages to my property. They ruined my stair rail and put many large holes in my drywall. I was promised by the local company they would pay for it all. I was assigned a Claims Packet 7229147. They offered me $200. The will not pay for the full amount of damages. The young men that actually moved me were great, but people I spoke with on the phone were terrible! I had to speak with a supervisor (Mel) because of the first rep's (Noah) numerous mistakes. Mel did give me a discount for all the mistakes, but then Paul made the entire experience really go south on the end. Paul "Director of Branch Acceleration" felt the need to physically show up after our phone conversation like he was going to personally collect it need be. They are a RIP off, they over charge you for their people's time and if the workers don't want to move your heavier furniture, they make up stories to get out of doing the job. This business is a RIP OFF.
10/10 would not recommend. I was charged double the price of what I was quoted. I was not supplied a receipt, and when asked for one it is not itemized in any way. I have been waiting all day to get some answers to the fees that were applied. Yet, it appears my calls are being screen. The office is open, yet no one will answer my emails or calls. P.S. If you are concerned about COVID, the movers use no safety precautions to stop the spread.

RecommendedProfessional, courteous, knowledgeable. Dominick arrived on time (early, actually!) and quickly got the job done.
The three guys that came out to move us were nice. That is about where it stopped. First off they quoted us two different prices when we talked with them. When they arrived they were a bit overwhelmed with the size of the job although they were informed about it before hand. The moving guys said they we not equipped or informed about the heavy furniture. They damged a few items as well. Terrible all around. They quoted us 2 hours but it took them 7 hours to move part of an 825 SQ ft1 bedroom apartment 1st floor to 3rd flr in town (4.1 miles between apartments & we were charged $178.08 for fuel + $159.00 for travel). We packed all our books & part of the kitchen before they arrived. It took them 2 hours just to pack about 3/4 of two upper kitchen cabinets.
