This place is a SCAM! I don’t know how they consider themselves a legitimate company- it’s some kind of a hussle. I got a quote for moving my things from a house to a storage unit and the person I spoke with said $1800-2000. They charge by the hour. I got the bill and it was $5,200! RecommendedWorst customer service! I called to get a quote and was told one thing - even have a written quote and when I reached out to follow up and book was told something completely different by Jake the operations manager. I am so glad I did not use this company for my move.
Terrible company. 2/3 Movers I had were awesome very nice and seem like hard workers. But unfortunately over all the work that was done in the time they did It was not worth 900 bucks. I had half the house moved out on the front lawn ( since they were almost 4 hours past the time I was given they would be there) so what was left in the house was minimal. there was no packing to be done or boxes to move it was all furniture in a house less than 1000 sq feet. all together it took 5 hours granted I had a trampoline to take down... read more

Absolutely horrific experience. They left ruts in our front yard because their truck got stuck. The completely scratched the doors of our newer stainless steel Samsung fridge. The scratched a desk, a baby, crib, completely destroyed a shelve (literally broke in half) and took wood out of the desk, queen size bed frame, and shelve. We were offered 147 dollars for all those damages. We countered saying this was not acceptable and for someone to please contact us. Lets see, to begin with they charged me with over almost $250.00 to get to my house which is approximately 15 minutes away. Then they say to me they are sending 3 men to do the moving, when I open the door it is 2 little men and a 90 pound woman. The men were perfectly nice and respectful but had little moving experience and after watching for 10 minutes I was directing them as to how to move the objects into my house. They broke a piece of the banisters on my stairwell and by the time they were finished I had wall damage... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service was terrible. I reserved a 10 am start time. The day prior to the move, I was informed that the movers had not been scheduled until 11 am. Ok, fine. I was told to expect a phone call when they were 30 minutes from my location. At 10:55, I had received no phone call, so I called the office to learn that they were still at the previous location - no call, no warning, nothing. I was told they would be to me by 12:30(ish). HIre more drivers so that people like me don't wait until 6pm and then pay over-tired drivers the same hourly rate that someone else paid the same guys at 8am. They were goofing off, singing, and frankly, they carried things like I carry things and I'm an old lady with stage IV cancer. Shameful. And I'm pretty sure they ran off with 6 U-Haul blankets which I ended up charged for. NEVER hire these guys.
Do not use this company - they are gonna price gauge you!!! Quoted around $450 for a 2bed 1300 sq ft home (Aprox 30 pieces of furniture - no boxes, no packing needed)... then they asked for $1500 upon delivery to new home. Ruined many pieces - even spilled lighter fluid on chair. Said they were certified piano movers, would be able to move piano... ended up billing additional 3 hrs or so cause their guys has such a hard time, said they couldn’t roll it cause it would leave groove in the floor but that’s exactly what they did... read more

Don't use them. They are nice and welcome you to their "family" then the night before at 5 o'clock they cancel your moved or no reason and are very rude about it and won't reschedule. Glad I was "family" hate to see how they treat anyone else.
