We had our move back last year and they only moved our furniture. The had one guy who broke a handle off my dresser and tried to hide it as I saw him tuck it into the wrapping. Then walls gouged from trying to push furniture down our stairs. The entertainment center is tore to a point of no repair and many other pieces are needing repaired. They will not return our emails or our phone calls.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY in COLO SPRINGS!!! On Feb 27, 2024, they were running late and didn't arrive until 3 pm and apparently they cannot work a minute past 7pm. BUT instead of telling us that, the manager Lisa LIED to us and told us they didn't have room in the truck to load it all. So they went ahead and moved half of the stuff, leaving about 40 boxes, YET THE TRUCK WAS ONLY HALF FULL!!! Quoted for move at $475. Included a 7 piece couch that they said would have to be wrapped and 4 bar stools that would have to be wrapped. Called back and gave an update saying the couch and bar stools sold so there would be 13 pieces less to move and their overall material cost. The representative said it would come off in the end since the time would would be so significant of a difference. they are the not movers. in packing . they just throw thing in box's . all there people were .listen to. loud Radio. They played with my sons nuf gun and shot them all over the garage . Little round balls over hundred rounds. one man was a packer and he run around going though dress . Putting hand in looking for thing .he was on camera rolling same thing up . Reallly bad . they did a lot of damages. My lamp shade's are Crushed.poor poor packing .packed a mixer on top of glass that weighed 30 pounds.

ZERO STARS. This company screwed me over so bad. I called early in the week to schedule for Sunday AM. I was told by the VERY HELPFUL woman that my appointment was booked and I could expect a call Sunday morning to confirm all the information. Easy. I work nights so I have my notifications off during the day. Saturday night before work I saw a couple missed calls/voicemails, but the business had already closed. On 4/1/2023, we employed All My Sons Moving & Storage to help us move our larger items. Everything was going well until about two thirds through our move. The crew went to remove the washer from our old residence and dropped it down the two steps leading out into the garage. Luckily the only damage was to the outer shell of the washer. The review should have no stars. my husband is a disabled veteran which means we have moved multiple times and this company by far is the worse. They are overprice. we moved to miles in COS and the charged $4,500. they left behind damaged on both homes. in the new one they even cracked the antique glass in the front door, loosen the stair railing and scratches on newly painted doors and walls, and they dropped our freezer. We had them move us on a 4 hour move. Day 1, the movers Will and Malik were great. Day 2, moving into our new house, they broke our brand new glass front door and said "they did nothing." After that, they didn't care at all. Scratched our floors and our appliances, haven't checked all of our furniture yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they broke or scratched other furniture.
