I booked a move with All My Sons weeks ago in Colorado Springs and paid a deposit to lock in the date. They call at 4pm...the day before the move and cancel. No explanation, they offered no help. My house is selling tomorrow and I have to be out by tomorrow. I was left with 30 minutes scrambling to find something before everywhere closed. This happened to multiple people who booked with them today. Do NOT recommend. This was the most unprofessional moving business I've ever worked with.
I hope I can give this people a -10. They have the worst customer service, the personnel are not the faster they said, they don't even care about your household. I just recently contact this company on March 23 and they: 1) Don't bring any tools to assembly and disassembly. 2) One of the guys was sick and never got released. 3) the other guy was complaining about his knee the entire time.( It was the first time doing this job, or at least he act like that) They took six hour to move a two bedroom apt. living room and dining ... read more

The crew showed up late by an hour and a half. Four guys who were nice enough and generally polite. They wandered around for a while looking at things, then started. They were very slow and lazy. I kept seeing some of the crew just wandering and moving at a leisurely pace. They argued among themselves and other times paused to chat about non moving related things. Terrible moving company!! They broke our things and showed up very, very late for our move
Worst moving company EVER. I was going to go threw another moving company and called ALL MY SONS wand was told "we DONT nickel and dime you" was told it would not cost over $600 for our move. I put down a $200 deposit. They showed up and seemed professional but took over 4 hours to disassemble our furniture and load the truck when every small item and box was down stairs already. Horrible! AVOID AT ALL COST!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Don't use these scam artist! Mike quoted my son a moving price of $600 to move him approximately 5 miles. Upon loading all his things, into the truck, they hand him a bill for $1500.00. When my son starts to question the price difference the driver gets very ugly and threatens to take the stuff to their warehouse and hold it until he came up with the money. Do not use this moving company - All My Sons - Colorado Springs. Read the rest of the bad reviews and my complaints follow a similiar pattern. Packing disorganized and not finished - I had to go back to my house to pick up the stuff they missed. Silverware, contents of a bathroom etc. The move itself was horrible - stuff just dumped even tho I was trying to direct them as to where to put my furniture and boxes. Will call you multiple times a day, leave voicemails, text and email you if you're simply looking for an estimate. I have tried to stop them by blocking and unsubscribing but it's ridiculous.
Miserable move. The estimator from All My Sons grossly underestimated the number of men and size of the move; as a result, things were crammed in and we were left with items that didn't fit into the trucks. The moving men were nice and tried their best, but they weren't trained well. The guys are the reason for 2 stars and not 1: the average of their effort and an impossible situation created by BAD management! Company management is THE problem.
