Worst experience ever with a mover. The quote was way to low -(to trick me into going with them) - the movers were late, I was over charged for 2 hours, of the three workers one was not capable of doing his job - damaged several pieces of furniture and put a major scratch in the hardwood floors. Right before they were to be done, having 7 boxes left to unload - they demanded I pay them $500 more (had already paid 2 x the amount of the estimate) or they would not unload and my belongings left on the truck taken away. They cancelled our move THE MORNING OF, AT 8 AM. 8 AM was when they were supposed to be arriving. Imagine how it feels to get a call from your movers cancelling on you after packing EVERYTHING you own. Apparently ALL 4 MOVERS got "food poisoning" from eating out the night before. Sounds like they were hungover. NEVER would I EVER expect to receive a call like that at the time we were expecting them to arrive. DO NOT rely on All My Sons to help you with your move. Im moving on Monday and ive searched different company and reviews because i had a bad experience with one and couldn't remember the name. But as soon as i saw the name and the 1star rating with 43 reviews I knew right away . I dont think ive ever seen a company with a 1 star review. Thats really bad and means they pretty much don't care about anything but getting your money. This last year I bought all new bedroom and living room furniture . This place is a SCAM! I don't know how they consider themselves a legitimate company- it's some kind of a hussle. I got a quote for moving my things from a house to a storage unit and the person I spoke with said $1800-2000. They charge by the hour. I got the bill and it was $5,200! Do not hire this inept company. Fortunately I cancelled and requested a refund after paying my deposit. The woman who answered the phone when I initially called was exceptional. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I could hear the smile in her voice. That's where the greatness ended. Can I do NO STARS? DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! My husband and daughter and I are moving into a small basement suite from our 3000 sq ft home, while our new house is being built. In late May 2020 we moved from Monument Colorado to Loveland Co. An estimator came to my place and to review everything that needed to be moved. He said while it would be tight he thought they could get it all in a 26ft truck, that it was possible there might be "a little" left over. Then he tried to upsell me on using 4 people instead of 3 (no mention of a larger truck, turns out they don't have larger trucks). Worst experience of my life. First off, when I originally called them I expressed the need for my move to be first thing in the morning to which they said was no problem. I was told they would be out between 8-9am, only 5 hours late at 1pm they showed up and were complete assholes acting like I was an inconvenience. Also since they were so late a friend and I moved all of the furniture on the main floor outside and wrapped it before they got there which I was still charged for! First off I want to say, Emily was fantastic to work with she was super nice and gave me all the information I needed. However the movers made the experience terrible. They first showed up to let us know they are here and are going to setup. It took them almost 30 minutes to "setup". Not sure why that is not done ahead of time? Then it takes them 2 and 1/2 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment downstairs. I was also helping them put stuff in the truck. I had them put it in a storage unit.
