The office: I called All My Sons two days before I needed to move a few pieces of antique furniture into storage. The girl who answered, KayIie??, put me on hold for 24 minutes. She said she was getting information from her manager and he called a meeting while I was on hold. Since I was anxious to get information on the move I held until she returned to the phone. My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
First they charge triple for their boxes and don't tell you that. When they send somebody out to estimate packing time they make it sound as if it is a completely different process than what it really is. I on multiple occasions throughout the move specifically told them what I did not want packed. I was not impressed with this company and would suggest you be cautious if you hire them.

Hi Will, we looked up your account. From the notes we have, you had a move scheduled back in 2015 in which you and your wife were requesting a full pack. We do offer full packs but there is a fee associated with us providing the materials to pack, such as boxes and tape. The notes about your move state that you did not want to pay for the materials and therefore the move was canceled. Since we did not actually complete a move for you, there is nothing more we can do in this situation.
I used the Greenville SC franchise for a move this past July. It was by far the worst move I have ever gone through. While the 2 men that did the move were pleasant, it was not what I contracted-I contracted for 3 men and only 2 showed up and they showed up 2 plus hours late. This crew worked hard but damaged walls and furniture at the place I was moving out of and also did damage in the place I was moving in to as well. Just--no. Nightmare. Dining room table--destroyed. Jamal on blue tooth phone the WHOLE TIME.
It started out being an amazing day, but what was found after they left was disturbing. I felt so confidante in the packers watching them carefully stack our stuff into the trailer that would be shipped to the west coast. The shut the door, came in and said good bye. I assumed they had continued to take care of my possessions only to find that the last bit of stuff was stacked on top of boxes, not tied down and will most likely shift crashing into the items below. Very disappointed with the finally results.
SUCH A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM WHATEVER YOU DO! They make you pay before the move is done based on an estimate that they make on how many hours it will take to unload things and say they will reimburse you for the hours if it doesn't take as long and then THEY NEVER REIMBURSE YOU (they owed me 3 hours of time). They make you pay for every bit of supplies even if you don't use it (they left a dozen rolls of unused tape at our house we tried to give back and they wouldn't accept and charged us for it).
