They are moving my home right now. We were promised 3 movers instead of 2. We only have 2. The movers have dented our wall and dislodged our bottom stair. We sell the house on the 12th. What a nightmare.
Sept. 2019: Used All My Sons for a local move, and was very disappointed by how much furniture was damaged. We are still finding damages to furniture. My fifth move, and this company is the worst. Glad I used Two Men and A Truck to finish the move. RRH
worst moving company I have ever encountered. they showed up late and spent more time talking than packing. In the end the left us with: destroyed TVs, scratched furniture, and holes in the wall. these people are over priced and under qualified
Horrible experience using this service.
We used All My Sons once before without much issue (other than driver delay charges that they credited back.) HOWEVER, this time was NOT GOOD. The driver was Justin Roach and his partner, as well as someone named Charles and his partner. The four men seemed very friendly and were punctual... however, we have $3000+ in items stolen from us during this move and several damages. They were extremely unprofessional and tried to change the contracted job after the time they were supposed to arrive for the move.
This was the worst moving experience we could have ever imagined. My parents used All My Sons to move and I would never recommend them to anyone. The pricing is outrageous, they underestimated how much would fit on the truck so we ended up having to move some bed frames and end tables and other large items in our own cars. They didn’t bring tools so we had borrow tools from a neighbor and then they didn’t put ANY of the furniture back together. How are you a moving company and you don’t have any tools??? I was always taught that if you can't say something good don't say anything at all.
Do not by all means ever hire this company Mt $400 dollar quote turned to $800 not only was I sexually harassed by one of the movers which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and in safe they put the wrong address in the booking after I specifically asked the guys if they had the correct address they were sent somewhere else and were lost for 2 hours which I had to pay for.
