Drivers hit my garage enroute to their destination. NO one, not even the corporate office is returning my calls. After posting about it on fb, many of my friends commented that this company lost furniture, damaged furniture without reimbursement, and one friend even said that the movers took a box of baby clothes when they didn't receive a tip. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS.
NO STARS! I really wish I would have paid attention to their reviews before hiring this scam of a company. We got a half done job, broken bed, a incredibly poor service for 671.44! The guys intentionally ran the time up to be paid more, as expected. Which is why me and my friend did most of the moving regarding small boxes and left the bigger items for them; it still took 5 hours to move into a 2 bedroom apartment with two bedroom suits, a washer/dryer, and couches (because we moved the dining room table and chairs ourselves... read more
Very disgusted with All My Son's Moving! This company does not practice what they preach -100% Customer Satisfaction is not correct. My mother a 75 yr old senior citizen was taken advantage of financially, verbally abused, and was threatened that her moving goods would be held in storage unless she paid an invoice over $1400 after she was quoted $750. She was never told about the additional charges such as packing tape, wrap, gas charges, etc. She was only quoted an hourly rate. I would never recommend this company to anyone... read more
Definitely wasn't at all like the conversation stated prior to the moving day. Three bedroom apartment , everything disassembled, AND packed just needed to be took to the truck ...almost 6 hours. Kinda long for 3 guys working. I can say not every employee was sluggish and acted as if they didn't want to work today. And the automatic hour for travel time??? Not good. We moved our stuff a little over 2 miles away...needless to say it was more than it should have been for the work that was/wasn't done.
All My Sons Moving made our move much easier ! They were very professional & took extra effort to make sure my belongings were wrapped & protected !! Would highly recommend them ! Great job guys !!!
Incredibly frustrated. All contact prior to the truck showing up was excellent. The troubles started the morning of the move. We were told that we would be contacted before leaving Greenville and that they would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00, they arrived at 8:15 without prior warning. The company was there to only move furniture, about twenty-nine pieces and no boxes, and I had already broken down two beds, it could not have been any easier with the final destination seven miles away. WARNING WARNING WARNING ....My new neighbor in Gaffney, had her things moved by All My Sons and they threw all of her stuff in the front room up to the front door with no where to go once you enter the front door. I went over to meet her and found the mess. I said I would help move her things out of the way. Me and another guy had to climb over boxes to get to the other side, so we could move stuff in other rooms just so she could enter the mobile home. I can begin with we received an estimate from Nick. He came to the house not once but twice. The second time we had LESS furniture than before. The initial estimate was $3000.00 and with the furniture we had given away he knocked it down to $2500.00. They charged us THAT amount for just the first day!! They charged us that AFTER they have our furniture on the 2 trucks! Of course! What are we supposed to do at that point? Not have them move it?
